Can you weed when the grounds still "frozen" without damaging plants
Well technically I suppose you could but the key to weeding is getting the roots and I don't know how you could when the ground was frozen. Extra points for being ambitious though!
Oh you mean the ones under a foot of snow….no worry….I won't be in there for awhile….
Still too much snow to even see the beds let alone get to them. But it is hard not to just rush out there …
